How to add videos to video gallery ? Adding videos to CnX Player video gallery takes just a few seconds !!!! Follow the steps below: Open Manage folders via navigation menu or via quick access bar. On the Manage folders screen, click on  Add . This will show up the folders (With and without videos). Select the folder whose videos you wish to add to CnX Player gallery. Click on close. All the videos (If any) in the folders showing up in "Manage Folders" window will show up in CnX Player video gallery.

Is it possible to change Audio track of a video? Yes , it is possible to switch to different audio track associated to the video. Please follow steps below : Click on  audio track  icon on the player screen. This will list down all the audio tracks linked to the video being played.Choose the one you wish to enjoy your video in !

Is it possible switch between hardware and software video decoder ? Yes, CnX Player lets user to switch between hardware and software video codecs. CnX Plyer has highly optimized video codecs implementation. By default CnX player uses hardware video decoders to play a file , because of its own benefits. To switch between default video codec follow the steps below: Open Navigation bar from the  toggle button  at top left corner on the main screen. Select  Settings  and then select  Select video decoder . Choose the option among hardware and software. To switch codec while playing video , follow the steps below: Tap on settings button on top right corner. Select video decoder and select the desired codec.

How to play videos in loop ? Click on  Settings  button on full screen video playback. Select  Loop  option from the menu.  a)  None  : Only the current video will play.  b)  One  : Currently played video will be played in loop continuously. c)  All : Next video in the list will be automatically played when the current video is over.

How to resume the video watching from where it was left last ? By default video will resume playing from the point where it was last stopped. But if you wish to play the videos every time from the starting point , make the following changes. Open Navigation bar from the  toggle button  at top left corner on the main screen. Go to  Settings  option. Select  Resume Playback action  and switch it to  ON . By doing this every time you play a video you will get option to  Start over  or  Resume . Choose the option you wish to. Select  Use by default  if you wish to save your settings.

Is it possible to disable/lock touch screen while watching video ? Yes  it is possible in CnX Player to lock the touch screen when the video is being played. Click on the  lock icon  to lock/unlock the screen. This feature gives an uninterrupted viewing experience !

How to change screen visual settings ? CnX Player allows you to change the video Brightness , Contrast and Saturation. Open  Screen  option from the settings on full screen video playback screen. Adjust  Brightness, Contrast, Saturation  as it suits to the eyes and experience best visuals. NOTE:  Brightness can also be adjusted by scrolling up and down on the left side of the video playback screen.

Is it possible to resize my video in CnX Player ? Yes, videos can be resized in CnX Player. Open settings video playback screen(full screen view). Select "Resize" option. Auto - this is the default size of the video. Crop - this will crop the center of the video and zoom in. Stretch - this will stretch the video to full screen.

Is it possible to fast forward or rewind the video ? CnX player offers very exciting feature of fast forward and Rewind(backward) the video. This makes viewing videos with selective skipping very simple. Fast forward:  On the video playback screen double Click / Tap on right side of the screen. Every double Click / Tap will forward the video by 10 seconds each. Which means fast forward happens at a skip interval of 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, 40 sec, 50 sec and so on.... You can select the skip gap by double Clicking / Tapping till you reach the skip seconds. Rewind (Backward):  On the video playback screen double Click / Tap on left side of the screen. Every double Click / Tap will move the video backward by 10 seconds each. Which means fast forward happens at a skip interval of 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, 40 sec, 50 sec and so on.... How to change the video playback speed ? Changing the video playback speed in CnX Player is pretty simple. Just follow the steps below: Click/tap the settings button on video playback screen  (full screen view) . A popup will appear with various setting in it. Select  "Playback speed"  option. If you want  slow motion  of the video then choose 0.5x or 0.75x speed. If you want  fast motion  then choose 1.25x or 1.5x or 2.0x

How to add & remove video in favorites ? You can now add your most frequently watched videos to favorites. Even if you have too many video streams with you, you don’t need to remember them all. Organize them into Channels and Favorites ! To add or remove videos to/from favorites click on the star icon just next to the video link. You can view all favorite videos under the favorites category in Streaming View.

How to create & add links to channels ? Users can make multiple channels in CnX Player. Channels will help users to maintain similar videos in a single collection. You don’t need to store the links anywhere else in your PC or tablet. CnX Player will do it for you! Follow the steps below to  create and add links  to a Channel : Click on  More Options  on the top right corner of Streaming View window. List of existing Channels will appear here. If you want to create a new Channel, click on "+" sign and create one! To add link to the channels, click on  More Options  just on the right side of the video link and select  Add to Channel . Select the Channel name you wish to add the link to.

How to play a live video stream ? CnX Player enables its users to play HTTP Live Streaming  (HLS) , MPEG-DASH & http progressive  streams. Follow the steps below : Go to Navigation menu and click on  Stream . Enter video link ( url ) and click play. What all color themes are available and how to change it ? CnX Player offers 8 cool and vibrant color themes which gives all together a new look to the player whenever the theme changes ! You can change the theme via application as below : Open Navigation bar from the  toggle button  at top left corner on the main screen. Select  Settings  option. Choose the theme you wish to as per your mood ! Available themes:  Harmony, Soothing, Sweet& Tender, Heaven, Creativity, Optimism, Cool & Calm, Rejuvenation.

Which all gesture controls are available in CnX Player ? CnX Player offers very easy playback control with Intuitive and simple gesture controls. Basic needs while watching a video is quick access for volume control, changing the brightness or fast forward and rewind the video. All these features can be easily controlled via figure gestures on the video playback screen. Fast forward video Double Click / Tap on right side of the video playback screen to forward the video by 10 seconds on every Click / Tap. Every continuous right double Click / Tap will forward(skip) the video in multiple of 10 seconds each. Which means continuous double Click / Tap on right side of the playback screen will be skip video by 10 sec, 20 sec , 30 sec, 40 sec and so on up to the length of video ..... Rewind video Double Click / Tap on left side of the video playback screen to rewind the video by 10 seconds on every Click / Tap. Every continuous left double Click / Tap will rewind the video

How to switch between different view options of the video library ? CnX Player provides 3 different view options - List View, Album View, Folder View for the videos collection. This awesome feature in CnX player gives a super easy accessibility to the videos in different views. Switching from one view to another is just a single Click / Tap. Follow the below steps to change the view of video container representing the videos : Click / Tap on "More option" button which appears on the top right corner of the video library screen on right side of the player. A popup will appear which will list all the 3  ("Album View" , "List View" and "Folder View")  view options and Video sorting options. Select the view as per your personal choice. How to attach external subtitles to the video ? CnX Player supports Multilingual Subtitles. Watching movies with subtitles in a preffered language alwyas adds more fun to viewing ! Enjoy subtitles in Japaneses, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, Portugese , Arabic and many more.. Attaching external subtitles in CnX Player is a quick thing to do ! Follow the steps below: On the video playback screen, click on 3rd icon [cc] on top right of the screen. Select external tab on the popup. A list of all the associated external subtitle files in your Android device will be listed here. Select the file you wish to attach to the video. List of supported Subtitles : External Subtitles:  SRT, SSA, ASS Internal Subtitles:  SRT, XSVB, SUBRIP, SSA, ASS, SAMI, PGS, TEXT, PJS, JACOSUB, Real Text, SUBVIEWER, SUBVIEWER1, HDMV_TEXT You can change the settings of subtitles from the  Settings  tab.

How to view and manage history of videos played ? CnX Player home screen displays the history (time when it was played last) of videos that have been played. Count of videos to be maintained for history can be managed as below: Open  Navigation Bar  from top left corner of home screen. Select  Settings  from the menu. Select  History Count  menu. Choose the number of videos you wish to maintain the history for. You can also Clear Playback history from the  Navigation Bar --> Settings -- >> Clear Playback history

Not able to see any video when I open CnX Player ? This happens when there is no video added to CnX Player video library, so you need to add videos ! How to attach external subtitles to the video ? You can attach external downloaded subtitles to the video. Follow the steps below: On the video playback screen, click on 3rd  icon [cc]  on top right of the screen. Select external tab on the popup. A list of all the associated external subtitle files in your Android device will be listed here. Select the file you wish to attach to the video. Note :  You can change the settings of subtitles from the  Settings tab.

How to Hide/Show(unhide) videos from displaying in the CnX player library ? If you don’t want to see some videos come up in the video browsing pane of CnX Player, its very simple to hide the video ! Reason to hide a folder could be: a.  Parental control - Don't want kids to view some videos on the device. b.  There are tons of videos in the device and you don't want to see them all. c.  Privacy from others. d.  Or any other reason. To hide or show the videos, you need to hide or show the folder that contains the video. If you wish to hide selective videos, then use create a new folder and put those videos in this folder and then hide or show it. Follow the following steps: Click / Tap on  More option  button on top right corner in the quick access bar. A popup will appear which will have  Show/Hide Videos option at the bottom.
